(3) નિયત કરાયેલ કોમ્પ્યુટર સંબંધે મૂળભૂત જ્ઞાન હોવું જોઈએ. (4) ગુજરાતી,હિન્દી અને અંગ્રેજી ભાષા પર પ્રભુત્વ હોવું જોઈયે.
